Peer-to-peer overview
Domestic Monero is a peer-to-peer (P2P) venue for Monero trades. Buyers and sellers find each other through the Mini App, agree on terms, and complete the exchange with platform-assisted escrow — not through a centralized order book that holds your keys.
Roles
| Role | What they do |
|---|---|
| Buyer | Acquires XMR, typically by sending fiat or another asset per the offer |
| Seller | Provides XMR under the offer’s price and limits |
| Platform | Matches offers, hosts the Mini App, and coordinates multisig escrow — it is not a custodial exchange wallet |
